In case of reservation cancel, this will be the conditions: 

-In case that  you cancel within one day before the entrance date, you will be penalized with 100% of the rental amount. 

-If you cancel between 1 day and 4 weeks before the entrance date, you will be penalized with 50% of the rental amount. 

-In case that you cancel more than 4 weeks before your entrance date, therer will be no penalization. 

-In case of no show, you will be penalized with 100% of the total rental amount.
